First, Mr. Ken Corley got to the house on time. Next, he worked consistently to install the shutters. Each time he finished an area he sought me out to explain and demonstrate how to operate the shutters. He cleaned up when he was finished. Overall, I found him to be professional. Ken & Elliott did a great job on our shutter install. They were very friendly, highly skilled & worked quickly on our big job. We had 8 regular shutters installed, 1 large arched opening shutter & 1 large "Zebra" style blind. I highly recommend Sunburst Shutters! The products are great: we already had a few of their shutters for years now & they are still in great shape, and these new shutters are keeping the heat out from the direct sun (I wish we had added all of these new ones, years ago!) Stefan was very accurate on the measurements. Plus, the office staff has been friendly & helpful.
