I had them build a 350k plus horse barn for me 6 years ago. The windows are all rotting out and no one will address the issue. I keep getting passed from one person to another without any real feedback except they don't have a guarantee on their work. Good to know after the fact. Unfortunately, my next act will be to contact the Better Business Bureau and a lawyer. Maybe this review will draw some attention to the lack of customer service and follow up.
