Thorough walk around both before and after project completion. Answered all questions professionally and courteously. Cannot say enough good things about Arturo and Ivan, the painters. This was a tough project on a ninety plus year old house that really needed some prep work done. We had a wonderful experience with the entire team at Vivax. From the estimator to the scheduler to the project leader to the actual painting team, the entire process was easy and stress free. Everyone was friendly and professional, answered any question I had, and put us at ease through the process. This was our first time painting the exterior of our home and it was very past due, our home needed a lot of TLC. Vivax gave it that and our home looks fantastic now. I would highly recommend them to all and we will definitely be using them again when the need arises, whether it's this home or a new one.

The overall job done was amazing. Working with the painters, project managers (Jamal Abdullah), estimators, everyone was unbelievably easy. During their walk throughs they encourage you to find ANYTHING wrong and they fix it immediately. They found things even we didnt see and fixed them on the spot. Everyone was very personable and professional. We were in a time crunch to put our house on the market and they worked with us on dates and got it done in the time quoted. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone (already have to a few people). They're also very affordable.

Remodeling your own home has its advantages and disadvantages. We choose to hire companies to help us this time. We wanted to retexture, paint, and carpet our home. This was a very large undertaking, so I looked for companies that were helpful and thorough. Cleanliness was important to us as the house would be out of sorts for about four weeks. Vivax Pros came to our door in December asking if we had any painting needs. Normally I don’t accept cold calls at the door, but Hanna put us to ease with a no pressure sales pitch. This started our remodel process. Bree the Senior Project Coordinator got the process going for us and recommended a texture company to help us with our first step. Dani came for the detailed paint estimate. She was very good at understanding estimated costs and helping us choose colors. Adam was in charge of our paint crew. He did a great job guiding us through the paint process and communicated well with his paint crew, Vincente and Omar. Vincente and Omar (Mejia Painting) are wonderful people! They are a family team that of course know how to paint but have been doing it for many years. They are very personable and are able to handle my many questions. Really, all of these people I have met or talked to on the phone are the front line or the face of the Vivax Pros business. They all did a wonderful job at helping us move our project forward. It was so refreshing to have such a great business help us with our painting needs. They are a very good and trustworthy company to help in your painting needs. Vivax Pros did an excellent job painting and refreshing our 1950's ranch home with vinyl siding. We had an easy experience working with the sales team to pick out colors, coordinate schedules, conduct a walk-through of our property, and kick the project off. The painter was a pure craftsman catching any imperfection and making sure it looked like new. We appreciated the communication throughout the project to ensure the work was completed to our liking and on time. The Company is great, they explained everything in detail and the pricing was appropriate. However the real benefit of this company was the level of service, from the salesperson to their Project Manager PM. The salesman knew his stuff, didn't waste my time and was very helpful. The crew worked quickly and did good work. The PM (Jillian) was terrific, she was onsite regularly to check the work, she had the crew fix items I didnt even notice. She was always responsive when i had any questions or concerns, and is the reason they get 5 stars instead of just 4.

After so many disappointing paint crews, we finally found Vivax and had a professional experience. I just took advantage of the 1 year warranty. Adam Merkel came out, assessed the project and happily redid the areas I requested for no charge ...the same day! It was such a pleasant experience. Don’t even consider the bargain painter....go with Vivax! A project manager will keep you from having to micro manager, they will make sure the job gets done as requested in a timely manner ....and the cherry on top is they will come back up to a year later to redo/fix any areas they painted....no matter the reason. Vivax will do all my future paint jobs. Thx Vivax...and thx Adam!
