Vivian Robins Design

Vivian designed this TV/entertainment center which we custom built for her client. She was very professional and easy to work with. She knew exactly what she wanted and we built to her specifications. It was a pleasure working with her.

Vivian was a critical player in our bathroom remodeling project. She helped with the design, choosing materials, and really got to know our likes and dislikes. Vivian is very professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with!

In a very brief review and conversation she was able to completely capture my style. This allowed me to make quick decisions about fabrics, paint colors, etc because things that spoke to me were always among the selections. She was thorough, professional and well versed on style. Vivian did a wonderful job assisting us with both a kitchen and three bathroom renovation. She also helped us choose both interior and exterior colors for our house. Her timeliness, follow through and oversight were greatly appreciated. Vivian had a great rapport with the contractor which helped the process speed along. She did a nice job meeting our price points as she guided us through the selection of appliances and layout. She was very easy to work with and was quick to understand our taste. I would highly recommend her to any client who is looking to have the giant task of a bathroom or kitchen renovation made much less overwhelming.

Vivian is the perfect combination of professionalism and artistry. She is a detail person. She is very in tune with her clients wants/needs and goes out of her way to showcase this. She is honest, hard working and ethical. Vivian stays very current with today's hottest design trends and is also well versed in the most traditional looks. She is a very gifted designer.

Where do I begin, my house has been transformed to my dream home. Vivian is amazing to work with. She has the ability to read your mind right away as to your design style, living style, wants and needs after 1-2 visits. I was amazed how quickly the transformation of my whole first floor went. From what to change, to choosing paint and wallpaper, on to furnishings and carpets, curtains, refacing a fireplace, lighting all the way down to the little details of knick knacks and such. Vivian is so easy to get along with and will do as little or as much as you would like her to do. It is usually hard to find a designer that will first try to work with what you have and to change, add or subtract from that. She is just amazing and has such a wonderful eye for every little detail. If you are in need or a interior designer, she is the one you want to call. Hands down!

My husband and I hired Vivian for a new construction project. We had interviewed a handful of candidates, but what drew us to Vivian was her personality, professionalism, price and the resources that she brings to the table. Vivian's work ethic is admirable and the time and detail she put into our project is commendable. Vivian helped us with every little detail of new construction, including some very large decisions, such as completely redesigning the master bath layout and tweaking the design of the kitchen. There are so many details and decisions that need to be made when building a house. My husband and I have different tastes and Vivian needed to find a way for our styles to meet in the middle and express us both. Vivian would go through the extensive options available and narrow them down to what fit our tastes, making the a stressful process much easier to bare. From the color of our house and roof, to the colors on the interior walls, to the flooring and tile, counter tops, cabinets, lighting fixtures, hardware, you name it, Vivian narrowed the choices down to styles we would both like, and most importantly, styles that would compliment each other throughout the house. After construction, Vivian also helped us with furniture and artwork placement. Most of our existing items were used, but we had one room unfurnished: the family room. Vivian helped us find the perfect couch, at the right scale, and even the fabric, including the area rug, coffee table, accent chairs, and accessories that were exactly what we wanted without emptying our pockets and maintaining the flow and look of the rest of the house. Vivian has an amazing eye for detail, listens to what the clients want, and works within budget. Vivian brought in design elements that were outside our comfort zone and ended up being home runs and statement pieces that we love and which also compliment our style. Vivian will definitely be our go-to designer for all of our design needs.
