• The Makings of A Chocolate Raspberry Fake Cake

Ever want to do something traditional but with a twist? This cake began as a simple bundt cake, but after eyeing it for some time (heads tilted to the side), we decided it needed some of the liveliness that the Christmas holiday brings. While raspberries are somewhat out of season, we got really bored with the same old trimmings and added them to the cake to give it a pop of color. Once we had the red, it was only right to add green.
