If damages are not noted at this time Noir Furniture will assume damages occurred while in possession of the customer & NO CLAIMS WILL BE HONORED.
- The lumber used in the making of Noir furniture pieces is distressed lumber. Knots, gouges, small cracks & nail holes are inherent characteristics of many wood products & DO NOT constitute damage/defects. All metal will have welding marks since all items are made by hand. All Stone is unique & variations in color, shape & size are to be expected. All upholstered items are hand woven and will have some sort of minor imperfections. Due to the nature of handcrafted products, dimensions, details & / or colors represented may vary. The antique / one of a kind product may vary significantly.
