Calculation of door dimension in relation to the wall opening
Add at least 2" inches or more to the width and 1" inch or more to height e.g. your wall opening is 30" x 80" inches so your door dimensions at least should be 32" x 81" inches or more for a perfect fit.

We have put this knowledge into our methods of door construction to ensure quality manufacturing that combines hardwood craftsmanship with current technology. While our doors are truly solid wood (no thin veneer over particle board) we have engineered stabilizing attributes into the door’s construction.
Most of these attributes are based on the fact that the more wood is cut and glued, the stronger it becomes. Gluing woods together with mixed/opposing grain patterns make them stronger and less likely to bend and warp.
The wooden frame comes in 6 inches on the sides and top and up to 9 inches on the bottom, unlike our competitors which come in only 4 inches of wood, our doors come with more material for longer durability.

• Polyurethane wood finish is used to coat surfaces, protecting them from scratches and helping to resist water damage.
• Polyurethane Coating gives the wooden doors a glossy, smooth finish while improving its durability.
• Compared to normal wood coatings, polyurethane coating (duroplastic resin) is more scratch resistant, gloss resistant and durable.

• Our barn door hardware is made using premium carbon steel, so you can be assured that our products are safe and reliable. High quality frosted black steel makes it heavier than other sliding barn door hardware but more strong and durable. The maintenance-free ball bearing runners ensure extremely smooth running - even after many years of intensive use. Floor guide provide stability and prevent unpleasant swinging. The included handles make it easy to open and close the door.
