This Maximus Arena Prime Oven is an eye catcher in sleek BLACK!! This model is the big brother to the Maximus Arena. The floor is made with refractory floor tiles, and the decorative facade bricks are composed of refractory cement (Lafarge), while the inside structure is made of forged iron, allowing this oven to stay hot on the inside for hours while staying cool on the outside!

Productivity:

Up to 150 - 10" pizzas or 80 - 12" pizzas per hour. Cooks pizzas in under 3 minutes. These ovens use 5-7 lbs. of wood per hour depending upon moisture.

The Pizzaioli is our *very* Italian-style pizza oven! While all of our wood-fired pizza ovens are brilliant, the Pizzaioli is our most authentic model and is ideal for true Italian-style pizza (in just 90 seconds!). It has a wider opening and lower dome that conducts heat directly to the oven floor.

Our best-selling Pizzaioli model and the Buena Ventura are the most traditional of our wood-fired pizza ovens. But these ovens aren’t just for pizzas! They can cook anything your conventional oven can… and it’ll taste even better. Each oven comes with a beautiful complimentary Portuguese ceramic baking dish. It’s perfect for roasting chicken, veggies, casseroles, desserts, bread, and more!

All of our brick ovens are HANDMADE in Portugal and are triple-insulated, which means the outside of the oven is cool to the touch while the inside is blazing hot! Each oven has an inner layer of brick and mortar, which is then covered with refractory cement. A thick layer of Rockwool Insulation is then applied and held down with metal batting before an additional layer of refractory cement. Our standard finish is white, please see our upgraded models that have a final layer of cork, which provides a very unique finish as well as additional insulation!

This Pizzaioli has a traditional terracotta brick facade with an iron door (which will rust if not treated– especially if you live near water). We suggest upgrading to one of our PREMIUM ovens if you're in a humid environment.

Authentic Pizza Ovens never uses a zinc/galvanized coating on any of our products. You can paint or tile our white domed ovens to match your home or design specifications. You will just need to use a high heat paint or adhesive. We recommend that you first cure your oven and use it for a few weeks and treat it with Ultra Fire (included) before you paint.
