Since 1852, the Oigen foundry is proud of their ironware craftsmanship. The YakiYaki Slim Grill allows you to cook faster and maintain its heat evenly. The detachable cast iron handle and cedar trivet gives great presentation and protection for an aesthetic table layout. Oigen uses the techniques and traditions of producing Nambu ironware from the city of Iwate with over 900 years of experience. Made from 75% recycled material, it is casted in a fine grain sand that the ironware has a renowned smooth and unblemished surface unlike other cast irons.
