It has the look of a fine watercolor drawing, and the linen-like texture of the off-white cotton slub fabric makes the perfect background. The medallions measure approximately 1.5 x 2 inches. Includes one 2-piece Empress swag valance, lined. May be used alone or with a scallop valance as a filler.
