Katherine was wonderful to work with. We were referred by a mutual friend and spoke over the phone cross country, She listened to our wish list and helped us find our dream home. We were a little to find a house in 2 days. We have the upmost confidence in Katherine’s knowledge of thee area and her friendly, professional and calm demeanor. We never felt any pressure to buy and felt that she had our best interests at heart.
She educated us on the different area and showed us a wide range of properties. We had access to her agent site and homes were added to the site when they came on the market. We could give feedback or ask questions and give her a better sense of what we were looking for.
Once we got to The purchasing phase, she took care of all the details and home inspections, HOS guidelines, etc.
If there is such a thing as a dream cross country moving experience, this was it!
