Stay away at all costs. Awful customer service, delay after delay, complete disorganization, zero communication. Poor workmanship- 7 months after closing and our driveway has been literally eroding away since we moved in. Go with ANY other custom home builder if you are looking for a quality home in the Naperville area!!!

We are currently building with 5th Avenue and have enjoyed the experience of designing with a helpful team. We are looking forward to our dream home being built. Special thanks Brian and Talor for their help during the process, even answering our emails at night and on the weekend. Obviously there are ups and downs with building a house but we have had everything worked out with the team efficiently. They are dedicated in their approach and always on hand to help out. Highly recommend a custom built house with 5th Avenue!

We built with 5th and moved in April of last year. We had some minor issues early on with our landscaping being delayed because of the weather and were very frustrated at the time but Frank the owner personally reached out to apologize for the delay and correct the issue himself and with the help of his team. We have been very happy with our home, (Knock on Wood) we have not had any major issues just minor settling ones which Holly, Brian and Manny from 5th have always been quick to fix and address. So far we have been happy with 5th and would recommend others to build with.

I purchased a home from 5th Ave a little over a year ago, and have been pleasantly satisfied with their service. All the staff been great to work with. Worst builder I have ever worked with. Ceiling has leaked multiple times repairs look terrible. I am going to be on my third driveway. Still no lawn and my land has not been graded. Moved in Feburary. It is the middle of july. Stay away at all costs

We built our house with 5th Ave construction. We are completely happy with them. Frank, Chris and Bryan stood behind the warranty 100 %. We didn't want a cookie cutter house with limited upgrades and allow us our own plans. As with any new home there needed to be a few little repairs and they took care of them all. Great builder to work with.

We hired 5th Avenue Construction to build a new house for our family. Everybody at 5th Avenue (Frank, Chris and Patrick) was very professional and their experience and passion for their jobs was evident from the first meeting. The high personal touch and flexibility of their personal time is exactly why we decided to go with 5th Avenue over a national building company. This was the first house that we had ever built so most of the process was completely unknown to us even after a significant amount of research. Chris was very helpful in walking us through the initial steps of the land acquisition and initial construction process. When we were not sure exactly what we wanted Frank and Patrick were able to decipher what we were looking for and give us a number of options to select from. Even when we were unaware of what options were available to us Frank and Patrick would point out costless upgrades that gave our house a dream-come-true feel to it. After our experience I can say that there are definite advantages of working with a local builder and 5th Avenue Construction exemplifies those advantages.

I know that I can count on them to deliver a home constructed with the highest attention to detail. Recently, we hosted an Open House event at the Glens of Connemara subdivision. Many of the residents of the Glens that bought a home through 5th Avenue Construction stopped by to support the event. The residents all spoke very highly of 5th Avenue Construction. The common sentiment expressed was that 5th Avenue Construction did everything they could to make the building process as stress free as possible. This speaks volumes as to why 5th Avenue Construction continues to be one of the most sought after builders in the marketplace. I recommend 5th Avenue Construction without hesitation. They are more than willing to provide references upon request.

I recently purchased a home from 5th Ave. Construction, what a mistake! One week intomy new home and I had to contact a lawyer. They do not stand behind what they promise and their word means nothing. They do not react to issues or even return phone calls. Stay out of the Glens Of Connmara. I was trated like dirt in a closing that took almost 3 hours, do that tell you someting? A closing should take 1 1/2 hours max. I will be contacting the Village of Lemont to help resolve some of these issues.
