Desert Sky Homes LLC

This is the third time we have built and our fifth home. We are currently about two months out from completion and I can say, without any reservations, that It has been a wonderful experience! Justin has surrounded himself with the most amazing people. The quality of workmanship and the character of the people we see at our home is amazing! It's like they are building their own home. You can see the pride of ownership in the work. For example our framers put our walls up like they were doing finish work instead of rough lumber, and because they were so efficient and thoughtful in their work they came in well under budget. When does that ever happen? Our home is a constant beehive of activity and the efficiency of scheduling has us racing past the other homes being built in our area. When it came time to pick the materials for both the interior and exterior design of our home we were assisted by Robyn. How can I describe Robyn to you? How about, Wow so talented!, fun and absolutely indispensable. The last time we picked paint, for our previous home, it was a solid week of back and forth to the paint store as we vacillated and agonized over which color. With Robyn, she has such a skilled eye, that when she laid down the paint sample next to the other materials she helped us pick, it was so obviously the right color that we picked it on the spot. Bottom line is, every day my wife and I say something like "I can't believe how lucky we are. I'm so grateful we went with Justin!" In the beginning of our search for the right builder, as we were interviewing Justin he said, "I'm friends with everyone I've built for." At the time I didn't know what to make of that statement. I could tell he believed what he had just said, I just couldn't believe that it could be true. Now with our firsthand experience as a guide, I actually think it must be true. I know for a fact that we see Justin, Robyn, Jake and the team, as our good friends. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I hope this review serves that purpose.

Great builder! Justin, of Desert Sky Homes, did everything he said he would do, it was done when he said it would be done, it was done at the cost he gave us, and he corrected without hesitation any problems that we encountered. His subs were professional and respectful, they worked quickly and with accuracy. Seldom was there ever a day that someone wasn't working on the house, as a result the house was finished on time and to our specifications. If we were to ever build again we would use Justin and Desert Sky Homes...working with them has been a pleasure.

Justin and Robyn were excellent to work with from the very beginning to very end. Our home far exceeds our expectations!
