Stacie Gormley has done fantastic designs for my residence as well as vacation homes. I find that she really listens to me and my husband and is able to offer multiple solutions that meet both our needs. She creates core design themes for us that are timeless, plus accents that reflect the latest trends and innovations. Stacie has a background in construction and project management so she can speak to my husband (a licensed contractor who may not always fully appreciate architects) in detail regarding the budget, permit process and project timeline. And when the project is underway and I am getting nervous about something, she reacts immediately and addresses my concerns. She has always delivered her work on time and for the quoted fee with no surprises. I recommend her to all our friends and I cannot wait to work with her again.

We hired Stacie to do a minor kitchen re-design. Since we had already done our kitchen 13 years ago, our goal was to have a few things tweaked so that it would function better for our now family of 5. Stacie was super fun and easy to work with! She was patient and spent a lot of time with me up front listening to what i wanted and needed. Her recommendations and design solutions were the perfect solution. She was able to give me more than what i actually thought i would be able to get within our budget; more storage, counter space and seating, yay! She was there every step of the way, especially when i was worried about making the wrong decisions on even on the smallest detail. I loved that she nailed my design style and sent me photos of inspiration that were spot on. She told where to shop for marble and granite while guiding me to the right color choices. And when I was worried, right before the contractor was set to start, she eased my fears, reassuring me that it would look and function perfectly. Which of course it did! I appreciated her support and confidence throughout the entire process. She also provided us with lots of ideas for our backyard space, that i hope to implement in the near future. Gormley Designs created a functional plan that accommodates our busy family lifestyle as well as added amazing architectural details that reflects our personal style.
