SiteWest Custom Home Design was established in 1997 and is based in San Ramon, California. We provide innovative architectural design services to homeowners and builders in residential markets throughout the United States. Owner Bob Kinsey brings over 25 years of experience to the residential design process, from initial concept and coordination with the owner, builder and developer, through the production of construction documents and permit approval. The strength of this firm is its ability to achieve our client's dreams. We heed developer and/or government agency guidelines, and optimize the value of each project in terms of existing site topography and efficiency of construction. If there is a view corridor from the property, that view will become integrated with the design. We are careful with the client's intent every step of the way.
