Lauren Rader/Releasing the Creative Powers Within

Lauren is an exceptional teacher and artist. She is intuitive as well as extremely creative. Her knowledge of various arts media allows a depth to her teaching. Also, and most importantly, being taught by and creating art with Lauren is amazingly enriching to ones soul and lots of fun.

The artist and I discussed an idea for a painting for a special occasion (wedding anniversary gift). She was a careful listener, and asked insightful questions about the concept I envisioned. Her final product, an oil painting measuring approximately 2 ft by 3 ft, could not have been more beautiful nor could it have pleased me more. Communication was simple and straightforward. Lauren completed the painting ahead of agreed upon target date. To my surprise, the painting was delivered gift wrapped, in a style that reflected the feeling of the painting. The entire process was both personal and professional and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Lauren is a fantastic artist. She listens to your ideas and is easy and fun to work with.

My husband and I bought one of Lauren's pieces for our home. It is a point of pride for us to have her work in our living space. The painting we chose contributes to a restful, reflective mood suggestive of nature, yet it also suggests spiritual movement and journey. We get many positive comments on it. In addition, Lauren herself is a wonderful person to deal with. I would definitely recommend her work for anyone who has an interest in or affinity with the spiritual side of life and an appreciation of the natural world.
