Just Tile & Marble, Inc. is a full service company, serving South Florida since 1989. We import marble, granite, porcelain and other beautiful natural stones as well as mosaic glass and metallic tiles from around the world. Directly importing materials gives us the edge over our competition. We also sell larger tile sizes up to 48 x 48 for the larger homes. I visited this store and asked for a shiny white pebble for my shower floor. They showed me the only white pebble which was not shiny. I thanked them and on my way out the door the gentlemen said, "They sell glitter.", making fun of my choice and the other two women laughed. I felt like I was back in middle school. My interior designer sent me there, but I'm certain she will not make that mistake again. Certainly not the type of people I would want to do business with.

New flooring throughout entire house, including tile, carpet, and new baseboards. Pino Tile is the best! They have a great selection of products. George was excellent to work with, and communicated often to let me know the status of my various orders. He scheduled the installations and they went like clockwork. Very professional in every regard. Couldn't be happier. I feel like I have a whole new house. Everyone that sees my new flooring is amazed at how good it looks.

In addition to having the most professional, creative staff of any tile store in the area, Just Tile and Marble has without question the best selection and competitive pricing. The staff has always interacted well with my clients, assisting them in making their selections and helping them to understand why a particular tile works better in one place than another. They are also very good about ordering samples to help us keep track of which tiles are going in certain rooms and in what direction they are being laid. This also really helps the installers. All in all, every experience at Just Tile and Marble has been a positive one - and they love my dog.

The workmanship was very good. The tile was expensive. Paid extra to have tile laid on diagonal. They removed my old tile floor and would not cover the furniture unless I paid for the plastic covering. Could you imagine the amount of dust generated when an old tile floor is chopped up? I was charged $150 for the plastic covering that was supposed to be part of the job. The workers were leaving without cleaning the dust on the newly laid tile. They called the owner(?) Mike who said "...we are not a cleaning service...". I said I may not be a bank but you are not getting paid the balance owed until the heavy dust is removed. His men removed the dust. I then tipped the work crew $100. Their comment was not thank you, but "...most people give us $100 each...". Bottom line, I was happy with the workmanship as you would expect from a tile store, but NOT with any of the people I had to deal with.

I would never shop here again. After my installer finished my job, I noticed there were left over tiles and asked why they were cracked. He indicated they came that way in the box. When I reverted back to the "VP of Sales" she would not give me a credit. She indicated that I should have told her about the tiles prior to the installation. I think I spent around $4,000 and was requesting a refund of roughly $200. I am not sure why I had to tell her prior to the installation. The fact of the matter is the tiles arrived damaged. I did not become aware of it until after the job was done. Furthermore, it is not like I was the installer and held on to this information. There are tons of great tile stores out there and I will never give this place my business.
