Louis installed my gas log remote control in 2007 and it has run perfectly with never an issue. Last month, 14 years later, my pilot light went out and I dug out my receipt from Louis and he came out and re-lit the pilot and didn't charge me a thing!!! He is an awesome professional and I definitely recommend his company!

Louie ordered an oven from our company (over $4000) and still has not paid us for it. We can not get in touch with him via phone call or email. I do not know if he ever delivered the oven and kept it or if he charged his customer and just decided he didn't need to pay us. I would be carful using this company. This review will stay up unless he pays for what he perched from us.

I called Lou Ramirez Told him I Had a Dead Raccoon in my fireplace the Odor was unbearable. He said he would come in an hour. He was a gentleman of his word. Had another slim young man who was able to go down with him. They work so hard about 2 1/2 hours in the rain. Went down the chimney they removed a large Possum. Cleaned up all his remains sterilized . Lou knows his business did not have to remove my Fire place.He is the one to call if you have a problem with any type of critter. He was very professional and Knowledgeable. Thank You, Thank you, Thank You You are my Hero.

Commented: Burner and Air question.yes its better to have doors open. per code. also gas logs usually come in two boxes one for logs and one that has burner, sand, embers and sometimes lava rock..I use RH Peterson brand....
