Well-Designed Home by Slater Interiors

Redman Construction and crew were great to work with on a major kitchen, master bath and powder bath remodel. As an interior designer hired by the client directly, Gary and his crew were very respectful of my trade and services. It was easy to discuss the design needs of the client and work through any changes needed whether it was on the construction or the design side. When issues arose, Gary and his crew were available to trouble shoot and make sure things were taken care of. I would recommend them highly.

The deck and trellis were rotting and the trellis was progressively falling apart, pulling the deck along with it. We had several contractors and landscape companies assess the situation each with a different proposal. We chose Gary Redman's company as he proposed the most comprehensive repair with very competitive pricing. We worked primarily with Rich Fugate during the rebuild process. Due to more rot than expected and our decision to use Azek deck material, the cost was more than initially proposed but this was largely our decision rather than Redman construction. They also installed a hot tub for us and built the deck accordingly. We are very happy with the end product and even had Rich come back to replace a few posts this past spring. We will likely use them again. Highly recommend them for quality, communication and costs.

I've used Gary's company dozens of times since 1998, and they're simply wonderful in every way. So pleased to see they're building a new waterfront home on Mercer Island just a couple of lots away from my home that they've remodeled so beautifully!

Gary Redman and his his construction team use my company for there plumbing needs, as a subcontractor it's nice to arrive to jobs that are ready to go and scope of work is the same as previously discussed. No suprises. The jobs sites are always thoroughly clean and his superintendents are very knowlegable, and take time to make there customers understand every aspect of the worm they are doing. Great company, great quality of work, and great customer service.

We had the pleasure of having Redman Construction redo our kitchen from the 70's into this century. Their team was fantastic and creative; which we loved and our kitchen is beautiful and we have enjoyed it ever since. Our main focus was trust when selecting someone to work with on updating our kitchen and we felt that Redman Construction had our best intentions and the creative mind to work with what we had in our layout. They were great and we are now working on a new project of adding onto our house!

In the Spring of 2014, Gary did a den remodel for me. It consisted of removing an large, old, built-in entertainment center, removing carpeting and below that linoleum, dating back to the home's construction in 1961. This required repairing and replacing dry wall and molding. Next a wood floor was installed. The result is excellent and adds to the size beauty of the room. All the old debris had to be disposed of and that was done in a timely manner. Gary is a very thoughtful and thorough person, following up on the work every step of the way. I have no reservation in recommending him for any job, large or small.
