We leased our Woods Mill home from '09 till '15, and even with vetting and a string of professionals occupying the house, tenants had caused enough damage that we needed some major repairs and renovations. Our long-time real estate agent recommended Streamline, and Connor came out to meet with us and look the project over. He was the third person we interviewed, and his presentation was the most professional by a wide margin. His attitude made us feel confident that he was the guy to go with. The original job was expanded as it progressed, due to issues we decided to address proactively in order to get the house sold. These changes were handled in a timely and effective manner by Connor and his team. This is not to imply that all went perfectly, or that there were no problems that arose. The truth is that when there were any issues to be resolved, Connor stepped up and took care of them. We had been victims of a major roofing fraud, and had a few negative experiences with contractors in the past. I should mention that 90% of our project was handled over the phone between Colorado and Missouri, which meant not being able to put eyes on the project. Being able to easily resolve the problems that arise in any major remodel is important when you are able to be on-site, but it is PRICELESS when you are 700 miles away. The job was completed to our total satisfaction, the price was fair, and the interaction with Streamline went very smoothly. The bottom line is that we came away with our expectations met, the feeling that our money was well-spent, and most importantly, the house sold. Streamline gets 5 stars for our overall satisfaction! We assumed when undertaking such a large project that unexpected issues would arise, and they did. The way Connor resolved these issues gave us confidence that even though we were two states away, we were in good hands. And at the end of the day, that's the kind of service you want from your contractor.

We recently contracted with Streamline Home Services to finish our basement after talking to three other companies. Connor Duffy worked hard to get our business and he didn't disappoint us. He also offered the best value. He is an excellent general contractor and his work process flowed very well. He kept us informed about who was coming and how long their process would take (plumbers, electricians, dry wall installers, painters etc). He had a good rapport with his workers, as well as with us and the workers were very respectful. He follows through on his promises. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again and I would recommend him to others.
