AJ's by Design

As an active builder for 34 years I've on occasion worked with several designers, this one is the best by far. Great instincts plenty of common sense, realistic and practical, one who sizes up a space and understands customers intent very quickly. A class act, highly recommended.

We used Michele at AJ's by design to remodel our kitchen and to turn our living room(never used) into a library/office. It was an incredibly positive experience from start to finish. I had been planning my kitchen for over 2 years, saving pictures on Houzz and pictures in magazines. Michele worked with me for many hours and made sure that all of my needs where addressed. The kitchen turned out better then I could have imagined and I would not change a thing. All of the subs they used where skilled, professional and honest. Michele was involved in all aspects of the job from design to execution . She made sure everything was done to her and to my standards, on even the smallest details. She is honest, trustworthy and reliable. The living room is now a well used beautiful library/office. Michele's vision and sense of design created usable space out of a tired unused room. I even expanded the project and added an update to our 1/2 bath and it too turned out beautiful. I can't wait to use them to redo our master bath! I highly recommend this company!

Michele created an amazing master bedroom/bathroom suite for us. She designed it, supervised the significant reconstruction needed, decorated it, including finding paint, carpeting and furniture, as well as keeping me sane while construction was in process. She was a delight to work with – accessible, responsible, creative and fun. Michelle is amazing!
