I’ve been thinking of a kitchen remodel for years and finally reached out to Brooke at Savvy by Design. I’d seen many of the designs she has done via social media and have even been onsite to see her work. I have a very small kitchen that had very little storage and Brooke was able to visualize solutions I’d never thought possible! She did a fantastic job of working within my budget, was supportive during some trades hiccups but always available. Her honesty in how long things might take and her assertions that the first two weeks after demo is when we would find out what underlying issues the house might have were on point! That really helped to put things in perspective-like how long I’d be without a working kitchen-and helped keep me on track and look ahead to how much better things would be after the project was completed. My husband and I have been working with Brooke on a bathroom renovation project. I knew from our first meeting that she was the right person for the job. She understood our initial concerns (older home, tight budget) and helped us through every step of the process and had fantastic solutions for any snags we ran into. I have been working with Brooke during and after the construction of our new build home. I originally contacted Brooke after construction had begun to start planning furniture layout but ended up roping her in to the building process! I wish I had contacted her during the selections process with out builder. Her knowledge of construction and design just can't be beat! She helped us with lighting placement during the electrical walkthrough and asked our construction manager so many important questions that I would have never thought of! She has been invaluable with helping to marry my style with that of my husband's. Her true gift is helping her customers develop their own sense of style. I have enjoyed working with Brooke so much, that I have expanded the scope of my original project to pretty much include my whole house. I and my husband could not be happier with the results!

Brooke is a phenomenal designer and so creative, functional, and just entertaining to be around! She turned our outdated, enclosed kitchen into a beautiful and bright open space just before our baby arrived. She matched our style and vision and helped guide us to take a few risks and while developing our concept to make it better than I had even hoped. She made us feel comfortable and heard, even with our lack of knowledge on all things design. So very thankful for her!! Now that we have a beautiful kitchen and finally a half bath downstairs, its time to bring her back to turn that utility room into my 'zen den' as she perfectly titled my future dream room.
