Excellent listener and prompt replies / service. Had my master bedroom closet done a year ago. This time redid my pantry. So much space and organization now!!

I just moved to a new home with “wire shelves.” I knew who to call to get rid of those awful shelves,Closet Concepts! Wow! They did my master bedroom closet, laundry room& pantry. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. The folks who own this are easy to work with! Then those who install are also very courteous and knowledgeable. we bought a new home in Plainfield and wanted garage cabinets installed before we moved in ! ordered gray cabinets and shelves and tool sliding racks! all installed in 1 day and did it the day they said they would! great job and great people to work with!!

They were great to work with! They came out, measured and had a plan together quickly. I wanted to make some changes so I met them at their showroom made some adjustments and we were on our way. They were very clean and quick in the installation of the closets. I had a pantry, the master closet and 2 other closets completed since they were so reasonable. I am loving them! Thank you!

Joe did an excellent job understanding what we wanted in the master closet, garage and garage floor. He came to our house, gave us a quote and changed his designs according to our wishes and made an appointment to install everything a couple of weeks after we agreed on the designs. His staff was very nice and very careful to wear masks and take their shoes off when walking in the house. They were done with everything in less than a day and everything was perfect and needed no follow up. We were thrilled and I highly recommend this company.
