Couty Design Build (CBD) is a multidisciplinary and multifaceted design-build firm that emphasizes the art of design and construction through quality, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail. Among many goals for a successful project, our main goal is to exceed expectations by providing functional & beautiful design, which visually expresses craftsmanship and authenticity. We strive to maximize project efficiency by being inclusive from concept to creation.
Process:
CBD's design-build process cohesively bridges the gap between the field, office, and subcontractors by maximizing communication and efficiency. Our in-house architectural metal fabrication team brings quality craftsmanship to every project and gives us the capability to creatively provide elegant design solutions. We believe in 2D and 3D visualization throughout the design-build process. We provide sequential design phases with critical construction documents, which include shop drawings, diagrams, 3D renderings, and feasibility studies. This process provides insight of all design implications and specifications and facilitates collaborative communication with the design-build team in order to properly execute a successful project. The quality and integrity of our clients investment is our top priority.

Our professionalism and expertise extends beyond the knowledge of material integration by understanding spatial reasoning. Couty Design Build also works in collaboration with other specialized trade professionals and consultants to bring large multidisciplinary projects together cohesively.
