About Us

Massive is a design/build company with experience in Aspen and Vail, Colorado and Los Angeles and Malibu, California. With 20 years of experience in luxury residential design, construction, and development. We partner with investors, owners, and management companies to produce the best projects possible in the high mountain and beachfront markets. Charles Hellwig Director of Design and Development Charles has 20 years of experience in design and development of luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial development. He holds a Master of Architecture from Sci-Arc, and a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from DU. He has worked for clients such as Frank O. Gehry and SOM Architects, NAVA Real Estate Development, Sage Hospitality, and Starwood Hotels and Summit Powder Mountain.
