I am a Realtor, and also an investor. I buy houses and fix them up for resale. I have used Style By Kyle (Kyle McGrew) on many occasions for design and decorating advice and consultation. For my selling clients and for myself. She is excellent at picking colors and recommending fixtures and design/floorplan changes. Tremendous knowledge and experience in design and decorating, to enhance the buyer appeal and ultimately help me get a higher price and quicker sale. Highly recommend her services.

Bill Gambill

Kyle did an extensive makeover on the home of a close friend. The home is a 50s style brick ranch. She made a couple of cosmetic changes on the exterior to give it more curb appeal. The interior is updated and modern. It is both comfortable and beautiful. She is North Georgia's version of Joanna Gaines from the HGTV show "fixer Upper."

We LOVE Kyle! We have now used her on four different occasions...at our old home and our new home to include remodeling a kitchen (paint, cabinets, rug, paintings, and window treatments), redoing a basement (carpet, paint, stone/tile accent walls), color choices to repaint a 12 year old house both inside and out, and fully decorate our new home (paint colors throughout house, kitchen backsplash, cabinet paint and floor stains). She worked wonders with the cool granite colors that were already installed in our new home to pull out the warm colors of our furnishings. We highly recommend her! She is efficient, knowledgeable, and a JOY to work with on any project!

I cannot say enough about Kyle. She is a dedicated and talented person who really LISTENS to her clients. She had an uncanny ability to put together color, fabric, design, resources, and more to create the most lovely and inviting spaces. Kyle has worked on nearly my entire home and I love every inch! I cannot count the number of compliments I receive from virtually every visitor. If you want a designer and decorator who will give you her undivided attention and won't stop until you are happy, Kyle is exactly who you'll want.
