Dennis spent lots of time before starting work getting to know us and our thoughts about the project in order to inform his designs. He did quality work ahead of schedule. Additionally, he came up with novel ideas to improve the project. He was also able to make adjustment to the project when asked. I would absolutely hire him again.

Dennis is the first contractor we had hired who worked non-stop throughout the day and came prepared. He replaced and rebuilt our wrap around 1920's porch, ceiling, floor, and railings. He also built a trellis for the bumped out section of the porch. He is a professional who takes pride in his work. He is knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
