Federico Alvarez Landscaping installed a 10 by 16 patio with an extended garden wall in the fount of my house. The craftsmanship was incredible. The price was right. There are professional and easy to work with. Many of my neighbors commented about how great it looks. Can’t wait to use it this spring and summer! Did not put in the size catch basin indicated in the contract. Put 1 pipe instead of 2. Did not wrap the pipe in fabric & 57 clean stone as stated on the contract. Did not sink the basin flush with ground but said it was fine since the water drained in the side hole from the French drain trench. Added another basin since the one they put in was not big enough, and connected it first basin, using the hole that the water from the French drain was supposed to flow through, now the 1st catch basin does not function because it is set up to high. Also used a catch basin as water outlet, since pop failed, where it sits, gets stagnant and breeds insects. Seeded over rough grade, left deep tractor marks thought out yard, down front lawn and on grass at curb, said it was for water run off. Broke 4 blocks of sidewalk. Skimmed yard night before hurricane causing basement to flood. House never flooded prior, on water issue was driveway. Water ran in right were they skimmed yard.
