Since 1991, South West Outdoor Services has been a full-service landscape contractor, providing comprehensive commercial and residential landscape maintenance, landscape design (both hand-rendered and CAD), landscape consultation, interior plant maintenance, bedding services, pest and weed control, and multifaceted landscape construction. Ranked among the top landscape maintenance and construction contractors in New Mexico, we are confident our clients will be pleased with our first-class customer service, knowledgeable staff and dedicated crews. We hire skilled, qualified employees ensuring that our clients receive first-class landscape services, and we are proud to have some of the very best crew members in New Mexico. We hold a General Contractors License, Pesticide Applicators License and an Irrigators License, with a Certification in Back flow Assembly Testing and Repair. Additionally, we are insured, licenced and bonded allowing clients to rest easy knowing we are a reputable and reliable company. In January 2008, we acquired the entire Albuquerque commercial landscape management portfolio of TruGreen LandCare. Our transition of the 180 accounts was relatively easy, thanks in part to hiring most of the TruGreen LandCare landscape field staff and management. Depending on the season, we manage between 4-6 construction crews, 8-9 maintenance crews, 2-3 irrigation crews, 2-3 enhancement crews, 1-2 spray technicians, one interior plant care technician, and an operation, sales and support staff of 10. Currently, South West Outdoor services approximately 300 properties through our professional landscape management program.
