They showed us creative projects and samples of what they had built for others. They got us thinking. They were generous with their time, asked great questions and helped us narrow down what we were looking for. They even took us back into the production shop to show us wood samples, construction methods and projects in progress. Thank you.

It's rare to find such a high level of skill and execution in this day and age of mass produced furniture, and their level of craftsmanship is unparalleled.

I spent quite a bit of time looking for the right wood King bed frame and a friend recommended Abacus. I'm thrilled with the result that Abacus produced and would highly recommend them for their knowledge and woodworking expertise. The bed was delivered on time and exactly to my liking. After building our dream home, we started looking for the perfect furniture. It proved to be quite a challenge. We combed the GTA and ended up at Abacus Furniture. The staff of this family run business were not only courteous, but each of them took a personal interest in our interior design project. They patiently assisted us in choosing custom furniture pieces which we are just thrilled with. They even steered us away from buying new chairs and supported our decision to re-upholster cherished chairs from an heirloom dining room set, by connecting us with their leather supplier. A civil war era raw edge sofa table has become a real conversation piece in our home. And the leather stools they made for our bar area could not be a better fit . We highly recommend this custom furniture manufacturer and retailer.

Looked at furniture and decided on a couch for inside use and a small outdoor table and chair set. Shipping was arranged to Moncton, NB near our cottage. Received couch in perfect condition - pleased with our decision and Kevin's recommendation. Table was not in the shipment which concerned us at first, but once Kevin was contacted he confirmed that it will come on the next available space at no additional charge.
