We had a small area to do so I was happy that someone was willing to take on the project. Most contractors would only do the work if the space & project cost would be higher. The end result is pretty great, except for some blemishes. The crew was easy to work with and showed up on time. The company worked within my budget. Because my project was so small, I was definitely not a priority when the crew was needed at a different/larger job site. I think the issues that arose could have been avoided if the crew was rested, able to focus on my project and not work in the late hours of the ever darkening day. They did attempt to fix the error in the floor finish, but it will never be perfect. Oh well... Make sure you love your dogs because their hair will be permanently sealed into your nice light grey concrete floors.

I didnt hire anyone yet for my concrete staining work, but Floor Strength was great at answering my questions and giving me some insight on the hidden costs that many other people have not shared with me when calling blind from internet leads. I may hire this company once I figure out what I actually want to do with my layout first.

We used Floor Strength when we bought our house 4 years ago. They did an amazing job on our entire house, grinding, sanding and sealing our concrete. If you look at the photos titled "Grind & Seal Interior San Clemente" that's our house. Recently we started to remodel the kitchen and had to get them back out to fix the floor. They were able to get out here quickly and complete the job before the new kitchen went in. I highly recommend them for a quality floor project. They are very knowledgeable! Ryan is very helpful with any questions and came to see what we needed for our kitchen fix. I believe concrete is seriously the best low maintenance, modern surface and we LOVE it. And you can't beat the price to complete an 1800 square foot house from end to end... it's seamless and beautiful. Thank you Ryan and your Floor Strength Team :-)

I found Floor Strength on Houzz and replied to their website where I was quickly responded to and they came out the next day for an estimate! I love, love my epoxy-coated floors and though there were a few hiccups with some bubbling, they were prompt to diagnosis the culprit and fix free of charge. I found the guys to be clean, tidy and very professional. We had other estimates but Floor Strength came in under budget. I originally wanted just a clear coat on cement but because we had some walls removed and a hearth added the cement "differences' were going to bother me. We chose to a light-colored grey and it looks simple and beautiful.

Commented: How did you make the cement floor?Its a tough system to put down if he is not familiar with these materials but Its a smooth hand trowel overlay stain with a chemical resistant urethane sealer
