Stone Consulting Group

We hired Stone Consulting Group to do a granite installation in our new kitchen. Four missed appointments later, we had to hire another team to get the job done so we could complete our kitchen. SCG still has our $2000 down payment and refuses to return it due to personal and financial troubles within the company. From my understanding, this company is going under. If you require timely or reliable service, I do not recommend using their services.

I contacted Stone Consulting Group over the weekend and left a message. Sanj got in touch with me within a couple business days. He was very easy to work with, was familiar with the different types of products available and made recommendations on what would suite my project the best. He was quick to provide a very competitive quote and when he wasn't available, his associate was equally friendly and easy to work with. They came out and did the template for my bathroom counter top within a week of my request and were installing a week later. Very happy with the result. Will be working with them again in the future for my kitchen and another bathroom. Highly recommend their services!

I was at our cabinet makers shop and decided to drop into Stone Consulting which was located next door. They were helpful and showed me some slabs for my counters. As soon as my cabinets were ready I went back and they helped me find the five counter tops that I needed. Within a few days they came and measured and the tops were installed within one week. Great customer service from all their team!

Stone consulting group was able to fit me in last minute to install 2 ceasarstone counters. It made all the difference in the staging of my home. The crew was curtious, and cleaned after the install. Pricing was excellent, fair and competitive! I have had 2 projects and would use them again!!

We have used Stone Consulting Group on several jobs now with no issues. Good quality product at a very reasonable price. No call backs. We did some custom curved pieces also for reception desks also that went very smooth. Very professional with our clients. We will continue to use them for future projects.

Stone Consulting provides great customer service! I used this company for the first time to install stone in my kitchen and 4 bathrooms of my home. They offer experienced advice at the design stage, they schedule the installation to work with the customer's timeline, and they offer a great line of products to suit a budget. What works best for me is their clear communication around the scheduling and proficient installers. I knew when they were coming and I could depend on them to arrive as planned and do great work. Not a flashy showroom, but outstanding service! I will definitely use their services again!

Tyler was highly knowledgeable in their products. He took me around their entire showroom and greatly assisted in making my selection for granite countertops. I did not feel rushed or pressured. He also ordered a new kitchen sink & faucets which I agreed on, sight unseen, and I am very pleased. Their installers were professional & I received great follow-up service once everything was completed. I will highly recommend them to anyone in the future.

Stone consulting was nothing but professional. They assisted us in the selection of products keeping our choices in mind but offering suggestions and items to keep in mind. The measuring and installation went without any problems and we would and will be using them again and would most definitely recommend them to friends and family.
