I am a master carpet installer with 28 years of experience. I have been in the Orlando area for 20 years. I have been associated with companies such as Sears, Home Depot, Lowe's to name a few. I can beat anybody's price by at least 40%. I go directly through the manufacturer so there is no middle man. There's no need to come to my showroom, I will bring my showroom to you. First-class carpet installation and sales. My services include free estimates, free furniture moving, same or next day service available. I am ready to make myself available on weekends. I have my positive references from previous clients which are all available upon request. As being a former member of the US Navy Submarine Service, we offer military veterans will receive 25% off any project. I offer 2% above cost on all carpeting from the manufacturers. I am always on time and on target with all orders. Also, I offer a 100% guarantee a carpet sales and installation. Cleaning, vacuuming and filling in any cracks on repairs of sub-floors is always free f charge. Mold cleanup is 90% of the time free of charge depending on how bad it is. My prices are guaranteed to be the lowest and I don't ever sacrifice quality. I hired him to do a carpet install. He promised me that he would install it in the middle of August and he never did. He did a poor job communicated and executing. I still have no carpet from him. Over a thousand dollars gone.

HORRIBLE! Poor communication and never install my carpet. I lost 1,200 and still waiting for my money for over a month.

Very quick to reply to inquiries for quotes. Rich came out quickly to my house. We agreed upon a pad and carpet after measuring the floors. We had an issue with the first attempt to install a couple days later due to receiving the wrong quality carpeting and padding we originally agreed upon. Was fine working to obtain the correct carpet in the next week and did a great job with the actual install. My job was fairly simple with mostly 90' corners and most of the furniture was already removed but the workmanship of Rich and his helper was very good. The carpet looks very good and the pricing was very fair. My advice is to assure you have a written estimate of the exact items you are ordering so there is no confusion later. Great install for a fair price. His recovery of the initial problems was excellent. He acted concerned that the product was initially wrong.

Richard did an amazing job in my home I can’t say enough good about him he only charge $70 for an entire room where was I when I needed him a couple of years ago I highly recommend him he has a wonderful sensational guy and his prices reflect his courtesy and kindness

Richard from Elite Carpet Service did a wonderful job in my home. I wanted to take a moment to give this company an excellent review because he deserves it. His prices are completely unbeatable. He worked within my little budget, and I definitely got my moneys worth. I decided to leave a review because I normally don't but the outstanding results made it worth it. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, very impressive work! I noticed his profile on Houzz and decided to give them a chance and I will be using this service many times the future. We wanted to give father a room makeover as a Father's Day gift we were recommended Richard by a fellow church member. He was super affordable, friendly and very accommodating my father is a disabled veteran when Richard found out he gave us a even bigger discount because him and my father had that in common. we are very pleased with the way the carpet turned out and we could not beat the price Home Depot wanted almost twice as much and we would have had to wait until August to get it installed. I would recommend Elite Carpet Service to anybody who's looking for friendly, affordable high quality carpet!

I'm not the type to post reviews on social media, but felt I needed to share my experience with Elite Carpet. I have owned my home for many years and as you can image the kids and dogs got the better of our carpet. My husband and I shopped around and compared prices. We had a fixed budget we were determined to stick to. When we met with Richard Rokowski he was polite, punctual, and professional. After meeting with Richard we were pleased to learn we could not only replace the carpet, but our budget also allowed us to put new laminate flooring in our dining room. I was more than thrilled. With the holidays coming, I won't be embarrassed to have family over. Richard did an amazing job on the installation and the carpet was top quality. I would highly recommend Elite Carpet to anyone. About a week after the installation, Richard even called to make sure we were happy with the product and installation. My only regret is that we didn't do this sooner.
