Kalamazoo Gourmet built some very high quality products that look really great and perform good also. They helped me throughout the project with many decisions and even suggested I purchase a smaller grill when I inquired about their larger (more expensive) one. While their products are more expensive, I do believe you get what you pay for and I am very happy with their products. The only criticism I might have is that the grill allows you to use wood/charcoal to cook your food but there isn't a great way to shut off air when the wood/charcoal gets too hot or catches fire. This can make it difficult to keep the heat at a constant temperature or put out the flames. On a positive note though, the grill is very well built and can achieve incredible temperatures which results in some of the best food you have ever eaten from a grill. (Steaks are just awesome) The cabinetry is superior to anything I have ever seen with outdoor cabinets. You will truly appreciate the details such as the rain guard that keeps your paper towels dry or in the case of my wife's favorite feature...keeps out the spiders. Overall I recommend them for your outdoor kitchen projects. You cannot find anyone else that can build better quality products anywhere.
