Iain Buchan and his team are exceptional home and commercial architectural designers and engineers. There is no doubt that combining both fields of expertise under one office is a more effective way to design. I cannot emphasize enough how much I have appreciated working with him and his team over the years on many projects and how much I enjoy working off of their plans.

We couldn't be happier with this Architect Design Firm. Iain Buchan is one of the most creative and innovative people I have met. We have had so many ideas for renovating our little house in San Clemente. He has been so open to new ideas and thinking outside the box and is amazing at executing ideas onto paper. His team is so friendly and down to earth. Siavash Sassani has been a key component to our project and has also been amazing to work with. They both pay very close attention to detail. They have found even the littlest possibility for a nook or shelf that I would never have thought of. They have also had a lot of experience in this town and know what will and won't pass through the city. It has saved us a lot of time getting it right from the beginning thanks to their previous experiences. I can't say enough about BUCHAN ENGINEERING STRUCTURES, INC.
