Craiker has won over 30 prestigious Design and Planning Awards including the PCBC Home of the Year award. Craiker has been responsible for more than 200,000 housing units across the United States and in Japan. For the last 20 years, Chris has specialized in designing, planning and renovating multi-family high density housing, including apartments, condominiums, high density detached homes and affordable housing projects for both profit and non-profit development teams. Chris is past President of the BIA-Northern Division and a Founder and past Director of the Metro commerce Bank, now part of Union Bank of California. He has also been a member of the American Institute of Architects, the American Planning Association, the National Council of the Architectural Registration Board (NCARB), the Urban Land California Architects Board, the founder of the Napa Valley Architects Exchange, member of the Technical Advisory Panel for the Napa Flood Control District and in 2013 was voted Rotarian of the Year for Napa Sunrise Rotary.
