I have an old historical house in downtown Twinsburg. Needed drawings for a renovation. They were prompt, courteous, easy to work with, and attention to detail A+. Listened to what I wanted and then made their professional recommendation which was the best option. I will always hire an architect moving forward. They will save you money. I will definitely use them in the near future.

David designed our future house. He paid attention to detail and created a nice open floor plan. He was knowledgeable and up-to-date on the current code requirements. He was very easy to work with and met our deadlines. There were many changes throughout the process and David worked with us to implement the changes in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to design their dream home.

My family has recently moved into a "fixer-upper" home. We had some ideas about what we wanted to do with the house and our contractor recommended David as the architect to help us put everything on paper. David has been excellent! He took our ideas and came up with an outstanding layout. He is very open about any changes that we need to make, and his software allows us to see what our house will look like in 3D. We can actually walk through each room and see what it will look like. He also has broken up our whole house project into two phases for the contractor to make it more affordable. I fully recommend Labocki Design!

David Labocki designed our garage expansion, sun room, and basement laundry room (total 1600 sq. ft.). His commitment to our project began with our first meeting and continued until the last detail was complete (approximately 9 months). His professionalism and expertise were apparent throughout the process. The communication between the David and our general contractor was excellent, and facilitated our project being both practical in design as well as being aesthetically pleasing in the end result. David's broad base of knowledge and communications skill made our project go smoothly from beginning to end.

Commented: Does this house need shuttersI think - Adding a frezze board between the roof structure and the columns would make a big difference. Shutters could help also.
