Working with Jim was easy. He's good at what he does. Thinks about things we didn't even imagine. He was able to find multiple solutions for us to choose from and made changes as we needed. He was available and didn't mind all our questions. He was willing to go beyond designing and help with other areas, such as dealing with the HOA. He listened to what we wanted and provided us with a great plan.

We had a terrific experience with Greenthinc. Jim listened to us, looked at our notes and sketches as well as our space, and really heard what we needed and wanted. We got several options that gave us choices, to make our addition the way we wanted it while fitting perfectly with our home. Jim remained available to us and our builder for questions and advice throughout project construction. He provided invaluable guidance on sustainable materials for a healthy, safe, and affordable addition.
