We worked with Andres, Juan and the rest of the Metrica team on a custom home. They did an outstanding job of understanding our requirements, and delivered some excellent plans. They have also stayed in touch with the builder and had great collaboration throughout. I recommend them highly.

I am writing this review of Metrica for their exceptional work on our custom building home. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with such a talented and professional team. Our designer, Andres, was a true visionary, and his expertise and creativity were evident in every aspect of his work. He helped us design an amazing home that was beyond our initial expectations. His layout design was different from our initial thought, but we found ourselves liking it more and more every time we looked at it. In addition to Andres, we had the pleasure of working with Juan, he was very professional and paid extra attention to details, ensuring that every aspect of the project was handled with care and precision. Thanks for the team effort, we are now at the finish line of obtaining a permit from the city, and we have no doubt that the rest of the building process will be just as smooth. Overall, we had a great experience working with Metrica on our custom building home. We would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need of a custom building home.

Our journey with Metrica started with a property listed in Medina. We love the property as it is super modern but we did not get it. A few months later, we purchased a land and would like to build a custom home on it. Because the work by Metrica was so impressive, we directly chose them. Everyone in Metrica is so nice. Andres, as the architect, always take our ideas into consideration when designing the architecture. His design is one of a kind that you can not find anything similar in greater Seattle area. On the other hand, the design by him is always practical. He made really good use of the space of the land, and the layout of the floor plan is super reasonable. Juan and Paula facilitated the design process and continuously provided weekly reports with milestones. Laura and Angelica helped create the interior design layouts. Everyone from Metrica is really responsive. I do not think we can find a better team than Metrica or a better design than their work. Thank you Metrica!

Andres, Juan and the entire Metrica were great to work with from start to finish. Their unique perspective to modern design really sold us when we were pursuing Architects to work with. We wanted to build a modern home but didn't want the typical box's you see on every corner in our area. We also really appreciated their help when it came to working with our pre-construction team to help us stay within our budget. We would highly recommend Metrica to anyone thinking of designing their dream home.
