Kent Jones and David Law took up the project of remodeling our kitchen with an estimate of 5 weeks to finish the job, but the project ran for 4 months. They demolish everything first day after the contract is done and then keep delaying at every step giving false promises of finishing stuff soon. The sub-contractors they get to work on site aren't professional and do a sloppy job. We were promised 1 year of maintenance/guarantee on the stuff put in house, but it is already breaking within just 2 months, I tried to reach out to company multiple times and I get no response back. Additionally they haven't provided any documentation of the things installed which is non professional for someone charge 85$/hour for project planning and management and a project of this size. Please do not hire this company if you are on a tight schedule and need a good work done without any headache of dealing with sub contractors.

Kent Jones and his team worked wonders for my step mother's condo putting in new flooring for her. They went above and beyond normal duties like cleaning and painting the window sills, cleaning under the flooring, sealing, repairing, etc. They even went and picked up her new bed and put it together for her! Excellent work and so friendly and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about these good people.
