UOAI masterfully handled every aspect of our four-year-long project—a down-to-studs conversion of a 19th century laneway coach house into a modern brick-and-beam live/work studio space. No detail was overlooked - from early conceptual drawings to navigating city zoning to managing the wide spectrum of trades on a very challenging build site - Vis and his team outperformed our every expectation. I cannot recommend, and thank, UOAI enough.

They clearly have a solid grasp of design skills and lines, as our older home has numerous quirks, such as different height ceilings in one area!!! They managed this beautifully. We hired Stan more than a year ago to design our first commercial space in Little Italy and Stan's work ethic, attention to detail and end-to-end accountability throughout the process were so outstanding that we asked him to design our Prince Edward County location as well. We hired this company to design our clinic space. Stanislav did an incredible job making a beautiful, interesting and functional space. Originally the space was an unusual and awkward layout and Stanislav really managed to make it into exactly what we wanted and more. His attention to detail and abitily to cater to our needs was fantastic. Stanislav is really able to look at a structure and see the best in it. Since our project a friend with a large, old home also asked him and many others to come and see it to give their visions of what it could become. She told us that his vision was by far the most inspired and interesting as well as being the most sympathetic to the home and land around. She was also impressed with his ability to marry the old elements of the home and new modern elements. In addition, Stanislav is a very pleasant individual to work with and is timely in his responses and delivering his work.
