They are also kind, responsive, communicative, hardworking, and trustworthy. We hired the team at Urbano to renovate and design - and project manage the building process for - our Houston Heights home. From beginning to end, their work product was truly incredible. The Urbano team created a beautiful renovation plan that mirrored our practical needs and our personalities - complete with a revamped kitchen, a book nook, and an elegant grandparents' suite with a bathroom. They improved the look of the home through intricate attention to important building details, details that so many architects might overlook - from removing some unnecessary columns in the living area to improving the woodwork around fireplace to designing and building a fence that actually fit in with the character of the house and the neighborhood, with an upper border that mirrored the intricate woodwork on our porch. In addition to their architectural background, Urbano Architects are incredible designers. Urbano Architects selected gorgeous new finishings for our entire 4,400 square foot home, chose beautiful new paint colors and wallpaper for the inside and outside of the home, and selected lovely furnishings. They even created a furniture layout and design plan for each room. Urbano Architects are also efficient and experienced project managers; they had a great team who completed the entire project in a matter of months, on time and within our budget. The entire work team was great, including the painter, who was very detail oriented, and the carpenter, who built beautiful custom cabinets and a custom fence for us. Urbano Architects were often on-site supervising the crew and always overseeing the work to ensure that it was done at the highest quality. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, and happy to jump in and take over additional, unexpected projects and issues as they emerged in the course of the renovation, however small - from changing out the hinges on our doors so they lay flat against the wall, to making repairs in our electrical system that we did not anticipate needing. Their attention to the small details is unparalleled. Finally, they are great communicators. They updated us regularly on the progress of the project, closely tracked the budget, and provided frequent, detailed updates on our expenses. We know their care with the project's finances ensured that this project remained within our budget. We have received so many compliments on the home and on Urbano Architects' work. We never plan on moving because they truly made our home a dream home - but if we ever did move, we would hire Urbano Architects all over again!

Words cannot express the professionalism of Andres Utting of Urbano Architects. Andres designed our dream home and was instrumental through his experience and vision to deliver an outstanding result for our home which is located on the Gold Coast of Australia. The design process was long and complicated, however there was never a moment Andres lost patience or forward thinking accuity to make all our expectations come to life after a 9 month build from our local builder. I highly recommend Andres and his team to anyone whom is wanting to create there dream home or other project and I cannot wait to do another build with them in the near future.
