“A Direct works with many different vendors. Kraus is by far one of the best manufacturers we partner with. Their customer service department is always on top of their orders, returns, and the occasional damage. They ship out quickly for the amount of orders they receive, and provide us with the tools we need to help sell Kraus sinks and faucets. We also receive great feedback from our Kraus customers. They are impressed with the product, the price, and packaging. Their sinks come protected in a black cloth bag, along with a beautiful hand towel Kraus gives each sink customer. If you are a retail client you can find videos, reviews and more on this brand all over the internet. They provide the best quality for the cost, hands down. We enjoy selling and working with Kraus, and look forward to doing even more business together in 2014.”

“These guys have amazing products and an gorgeous showroom in Brooklyn. Sales staff was very helpful, we got all of our tile and bathroom equipment in one place. They have the largest bathroom vanity selection of any other store I visited. Highly recommended! Check out their site and if you live in NYC and doing renovation come check out their showroom you will not be disappointed.”
