“Sarah painted murals - one in each of my children's bedrooms. She carefully listened to the brief and we now have images that are beautifully tailored to each of their dreams and personalities. My children are over the moon with the result and it also did a massive amount to help them feel at ease in a new house. They still all feel immensely proud of their rooms. “Ruth painted very large portraits of both my children, as a surprise present for my husband. She took lots of photographs of them and then painted the portraits. We are absolutely delighted with them as they are so life-like and capture their characters too! We will keep them for the rest of our lives and remember that period of the children's lives! I have seen other portraits that Ruth has painted and they capture the person completely - both how they look and who they are.”

“Mural by Clarissa Parish I have planned my new Orangery for 20 years, the base went down in 2007 and I knew exactly what I wanted but never thought about a mural until I understood that Clarissa had moved into the village. What she painted was beyond my wildest dreams. I said that I wanted a sub tropical forest along the whole of the back wall – she produced two or three designs, we agreed and she started to paint. It was as if she was doing it in a trance – there seemed to be no effort and what appeared happened very quickly and very beautifully. As we moved along, I made some suggestions – how about a gorilla, a kingfisher overlooking my fish tank – each time they were painted life size and in perfect detail. I think she is probably in Harry Potter as she is a magician! Everyone who comes to the Orangery marvels at the beauty of what she has created. Most certainly recommend her services. He is skilful, patient and pays great attention to detail and will go the extra mile to achieve the desired effect and meet his deadlines, and he has very nice people working for him, so they are a pleasure to have around. He has worked on many of my refurbishment projects having done finishes such as; linen effect. colour washes, distressed effects, painted furniture and floors, and I look forward to working with him again in the future.”

“After viewing Penny’s website, I was stunned and impressed how she started to paint with both hands. For me this made the artwork flow. The painting, one of a few I chose showed me a view that reminded me of a real place, with depth and reflection that I can loose myself over and over again.”
