Mary McLorn Valle, MMV Art and Design

Mary McLorn Valle’s works both as an visual artist and an interior decorator. Her graphic and vibrant oil paintings explore the themes of unfolding energy and renewal. Tightly cropped blossoms, buds, blooms and branches constantly inspire her and serve as contemplation points for spontaneous, free-flowing meditations on canvas. Gridded and sometimes dripping colour study pieces serve to exercise and explore her love of dynamic colour. She works in both oil on canvas and in resin. Her interior design business has been running for 15 years. With a good eye for colour and design, Mary helps clients complete various size projects. She assists clients in finding trades, redesigning and updating their homes and helps them achieve their vision for their spaces while keeping them on budget and on time. Mary grew up in rural Ontario with parents that were both visual artists and currently resides in Toronto with her family. She holds a Masters in Fine Arts from The University of Regina, her work can be found in many private collections in Canada and the US.
