“Tom and MaryAnn were our general contractors. I had the floor plan design already and had it drawn by their architect to the standards needed for Rose Hill Plantation. Tom was very specific on his line item bids/budgets set for our project so it was easy to track when change orders occurred. The construction draws and construction timeline was understandable and easy to follow. We lived 3.5 hours away so it is important to work closely with a general contractor and they need to understand what it is your are trying to accomplish when building a custom designed home. Tom and MaryAnn were available when we called and spent time with us at their preferred shops (cabinets, flooring, plumbing, electrical, etc.) introducing us to the people we would be working with and gently guiding us through the process. What drew us to Tom initially was the finish trim work he uses. Most general contractors skimp on this part of the home, but Tom "standard" finish was far and above most others. In a custom designed/built home, there are the unknowns and unseen problems that arise, it is how these issues are handled and resolved that count. We worked together to get them solved. Would recommend Tom Peeples Builder to anyone looking to build in the Bluffton/Hilton Head area. Nice folks and great work.”

“I love working with Cava! She has a client/project calendar and schedule that is updated regularly which keeps the client and designer abreast of what is happening and when. For this and many reasons, i feel she is very organized and thorough. It is very uncommon for contractors to be organized today because of juggling multiple jobs whilst also dealing with subs that may or may not follow through. I was so impressed that after various material installations, she looked for the errors and flaws on the clients behalf and personally met with client and subcontractor to see that repairs were made. “I hired this company to complete a home renovation for my husband and I. They were very prompt with getting back to me and coming to meet with me about the project. They listened to our wants and needs and provided an estimate in a timely manner. Christie was very easy to communicate with and in getting things handled. I needed a wide variety of things completed and she was able to provide a proposal encompassing my wants. She was very fair about what was realistic and what I could expect from my budget. I had flooring replaced in the entire downstairs of my house (floating vinyl plank). I had my kitchen appliances replaced as well. I had my kitchen cabinets painted, new backsplash installed and granite countertops in the kitchen and in both bathrooms. I had new sinks and faucets put in both the kitchen and both bathrooms. I had a new vanity installed in my half bath. I had new under cabinet lighting wired as well as new lighting run in the foyer and my pantry as well. I had some sheetrock repairs done and some painting as well. A new front door was installed as well as new locks and hardware. They were able to complete all items I needed done for my renovation which was fantastic. They coordinated the entire process from helping me pick out materials to arranging the people to do the work and the clean up when it was through. They addressed all concerns I had in a timely manner and provided solutions. They were very honest and did what they said they were going to do. The people coming in and out of my home were very professional and efficient. They made sure my husband and I got what we wanted and made the processes enjoyable in the process. “After shopping around for weeks for contractors, I am proud to have finally found these guys. They were very patient with me and very informative. they worked around our schedule. I had my home renovated, in December and hired HP Contracting Group in October. Within those 2 months I gave Allen and Jake ideas of what I wanted for my home, they came up with a game plan and multiple options for me to chose from and they nailed it! I had no trouble during the renovation they made sure I got every little thing I needed with no issues. They had full access to my home at all times even when I couldn't be there.
