“Tim and his crew were very professional. Everything Tim quoted us Was followed through as stated and we were extremely pleased! The refinishing of our hardwood floors came out better than we expected and looked better than brand new. Tim was easy to work with and promptly returned texts with any questions we had. Most important was that he really wanted us to be pleased with the work done. We feel he went above what we needed And minimized mess and clean up! Highly recommend.”

“We had a devastating fire in January 2018. Everything in the entire house was ruined from water and smoke damage. A couple months before the fire, Florz laid the flooring in my back family room. We were in love with it! Of course it was destroyed in the fire. When working with our general contractor, he insisted on using his own flooring person. Let’s just say I should’ve never agreed to that. He was unprofessional and was not prepared. His unprofessionalism set us back weeks on moving into our house. I had to fire him on the spot and then figure out what I was going to do as we couldn’t move back in until the floors were complete. Then came Florz to the rescue! I was on a time crunch and Ed the owner had us taken care of in under an hour. Not only that, but he beat that other contractors price. Their customer service is excellent and the quality of work can’t be matched. I would recommend them to anyone for all their flooring needs”

“Miller Flooring installed beautiful hard wood flooring in my home. My wife picked the wood out at the Miller show room with help from knowledgeable consultants. The floor material and installers arrived on time as scheduled. The job was beautifully crafted and clean when completed, on time as planned. The price was on target, the installers very professional and skilled. It has now been 18 months since the job and the floor looks as if it was done yesterday. Well done, Miller Flooring!! FD”

But most of all, we really appreciated Bryan's patience, knowledge and guidance, since this process can be overwhelming due to the breadth of choices. He was very helpful in presenting options that would fit our needs and budget and allowed us time and space to consider various options. “Mike and Quality Carpets have worked in my home for six years. Found my hardwood flooring as soon as I stepped into his store. I made up my mind within seconds. Then came the kitchen, stairs, bedrooms, study, living room, dining room, finally a much needed rug in the master bedroom. I have yet to be disappointed. I have also referred him to my mother-in-law, niece, brother and cousin!! The professional experience and excellent service is superior!!”
