We are a Residential and small Commercial Construction company with 25 years experience. We specialize in but not necessarily limited to - New home construction, remodeling, decks, swimming pools, boat docks, pergola's, outdoor kitchens, garages, workshops or storage buildings, landscapes, hardscapes and mountain stone. We do small commercial as well. All of our jobs are bound by contract, managed and supervised thru the entire process. Our process gives both the client and Horner construction a complete understanding, blueprint, and specifications of the project before any work begins. All of our employees are time-tested and qualified with technical training. Horner Construction and Design strive on completing our projects on time and under budget. We are a team of very educated men and women who believe our craftsmanship is second to none.
