At Lee Simon Design x Construction we pride ourselves on a job well done, so your concern is important to us.
From our project records, this project was for GC services , where we were not contracted to provide mechanical , electrical or plumbing - however when your team consistently failed to show up to the job site -- stalling the project , we stepped into provide those services at a discounted rate in order to keep the project moving forward.
We stepped away from this project after being consistently harassed and threatened. Namely , to conduct work that was not per schedule and to move in before substantial completion , which we advised against , and continue to advise against in every similar situation. You were not allowed to move into an active jobsite. We are there to protect and provide care to the grounds , the structure and all who come through -- that is our job. After non compliance , which we were serious when we said , if you challenge our policy we cannot continue -- we had to step away.
It is never our first choice , but you made your choice. We loved working on this project. It was built with integrity and to last , and we hope you and your family can have beautiful memories and times spent together there.
