Spotanski Creative Building Design & Drafting

As a native of Grand Island, I understand the culture and needs of the community. When I graduated from the University of Kansas in 2000 with a Bachelor of Architecture degree, I knew I wanted to come home. Spotanski Creative Building Design & Drafting, LLC was created in 2016 and my primary services include architectural design and drafting for homeowners interested in building, remodeling, or expanding their current property; providing schematic drafting for construction contractors and journeymen in various trades using AutoCAD and BIM (Building Information Modeling) software; and providing detailed shop drawings of building components for construction crews. I have decades of experience in diverse construction and architectural environments, hand drafting, AutoCAD experience, along with various other design softwares; including Form Z, SketchUp, Revit, and Building Design Suite (Autodesk). I am a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. Currently, I am not a licensed architect; however, I am a member of the American Institute of Architects and Central Nebraska Home Builders Association.
